Terms of Use

1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the
online marketplace platform (the "Platform"), provided by JustSellit (the "Company").

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these T&C, which may be updated or amended by the Company at any time.

2. User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal
capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, you must obtain
parental consent before using the Platform.

3. Nature of Transaction: The Platform facilitates transactions between
users (the "Seller") and buyers (the "Buyer"). The Company does not
participate in these transactions and is not responsible for any part of
them.

All transactions are conducted directly between the Seller and Buyer.

4. Prohibited Items and Services: No sales of weapons, drugs, stolen items, counterfeit items or adult material will be permitted on the Platform.

5. Payment Gateways: The Platform does not provide payment gateways and is
not responsible for the processing, collection, or delivery of any
payments.

All transactions must occur outside of the Platform through an
independent means of payment I:E Bank Transfer, Online service like PayPal
or Cash on Collection

6. User Content and Conduct: You are solely responsible for your content
on the Platform and agree to use it in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations.

The Company reserves the right to remove any content that
violates these T&C or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Limited Liability: The Company does not guarantee the performance of
either the Seller or Buyer. Use of the Platform is at your own risk, and
the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense,

or harm resulting from the use of the Platform or any transactions conducted
through it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform is provided "as is" and with all
faults. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or
implied,

regarding the Platform's accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness.

9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company
and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims,
damages, losses, liabilities,

costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or
breach of these T&C.

10. Modification: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to modify or update these T&C at any time. Any such modifications will
become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform,

and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance thereof.

11. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that
compromise the security or integrity of the Platform, including but not
limited to, attacking, attempting to hack,

or trying to access data that you do not have permission to access. If we find that you are using any
tools or scripts while accessing this site, we will ban your IP address
and report you for misuse of computer services.

12. Entire Agreement: These T&C constitute the entire agreement between
you and the Company concerning your use of the Platform. If any provision
of these T&C is found to be unenforceable,

that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will
remain in full force and effect.

By using the online JustSellit marketplace platform, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
